This commentator has been silent for past couple of weeks because, quite frankly, so much is wrong with America today that choosing what to comment upon is a bewildering task. But today, after analyzing the results of the 2014 mid-term elections, my bewilderment has disappeared.
Any objective observer must now recognize that the results of the 2014 mid-term elections was a resounding repudiation of the liberal policies of the 44th President of the United States of America, who in the run up to election day had proclaimed “my policies are on the ballot, each and every one of them.” The Republicans won over and over again in key Senate, House and Governor races throughout the nation.
Was it a “game, set, match ” win for the Republican party? Certainly not, but commonsense says it was certainly a “game, set” victory for all independent and conservative Americans. The deciding set in the match will play out in the 2016 national elections.
Nice to be back today on this great day for America on the road back to good government. Subscribe, leave a comment and stay tuned for more commentary on another day.
